Amsterdam - Kleine Fabriek fair 2009

It was a good fair and there was a slight change in general...people go back to good quality and have got a bit tired of the vintage fabric and recycling look...
I've seen this coming...it's just for the happy few, the vintage look and anyway I don't see the mainstream customer rock this style...I did like it for a shirt or dress but not for an all-over look for my children...I'm more of a mix & match person (= make it personal ; inovate don't imitate !)

I'll try to upload other pictures this week - there's also a great picture of a girl that customizes children's furniture - absolutely fabulous....

Early train and a nice and serene view from my window...

This great French looking Brasserie was our first hot chocolate-stop in Amsterdam...
The perrot in the back was cute !

Look at her work ! Isn't that just amazing ??!!

I do like my greasy food from time to time...but the goulash-stick I tasted didn't do me much good this morning...:-//

The little girls skirt is really pretty. It would look so cute with heavy tights and a wooly sweater.

When I was little, my father used to take me to eat at a place like in your 2nd photo. I never see them around anymore. I always thought it was such a cool idea.
